As a Senior Manager Strategy & Innovation Video at WPP Media, you will serve as the primary expert on video content across various digital channels. In this role, you will analyze the video market, assess offerings, and translate complex information into actionable strategies for teams and clients.

Your key responsibilities will include continuous monitoring of developments in the video market, such as TV, streaming, ATV, OLV, and social video, to keep planning strategies current. You will identify opportunities from market movements and provide clear recommendations for client teams. Additionally, you will contribute to the development and enhancement of video solutions and tools, ensuring practical application and innovation. Collaborating on playbooks and standards for integrated video planning, you will maintain consistent quality in their implementation. You will also coordinate innovation projects in close alignment with planning, buying, data/tech, and client consulting teams. Sharing insights proactively with internal teams, supporting training initiatives, and representing WPP Media in partner meetings or pitches will be part of your role.

The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in major video formats, including Linear-TV, ATV, CTV, streaming, OLV, and social video, understanding their roles within the media mix. You should be adept at evaluating how these channels interact to enhance reach and impact. Strong analytical skills are essential, with an interest in cross-media measurement, audience verification, and GRP/TKP metrics. Familiarity with programmatic buying, attribution models, and digital video infrastructures is required. Strategic thinking and the ability to structure complex information into clear recommendations are crucial. Effective communication skills, including proficiency in English, and the capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously are also important.
