Associate Director, Strategy & Operations

Engine, an AI-native platform for intelligent travel, is seeking an Associate Director of Strategy & Operations to drive the execution of strategic initiatives across the company. This role is pivotal in translating the CEO's vision into actionable plans, ensuring seamless coordination among various divisions, and supporting the company's rapid growth in the corporate travel sector.

In this individual-contributor position, the Associate Director will operationalize defined strategies, manage cross-division coordination, and serve as the primary liaison between Options Travel and Engine. Responsibilities include overseeing the integration of the online booking tool, managing contracts and legal agreements, resolving client issues, and implementing processes to enhance operational efficiency.

Candidates should have over eight years of experience in corporate travel or strategy and operations, with at least two to three years in a senior operational role. A proven track record in executing strategies within a fast-paced, scaling business, strong cross-functional coordination skills, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders without direct authority are essential.

The compensation package includes a competitive base salary ranging from $179,000 to $248,000 USD, with additional equity and potential bonuses. Engine offers comprehensive benefits and a hybrid work environment to support employee success.
