Associate General Counsel, Cybersecurity
Anduril Industries, a defense technology company, is seeking an experienced attorney to join their Legal Team as an Associate General Counsel, focusing on cybersecurity. This role involves working on various aspects of Anduril's business, including government contracts, license and services agreements, bid protests, litigation, intellectual property, compliance, and employment matters. The position is based in Washington, D.C.
As an Associate General Counsel, you will be a key member of Anduril's dynamic Legal Team, driving domestic and international customer growth by executing new government contracts and expanding existing ones. You will provide legal counsel and manage the entire acquisitions lifecycle, oversee major proposals, monitor large contracts, lead or assist in key negotiations, resolve performance issues, identify risks and mitigations, and ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies. Additionally, you will manage relationships with government and commercial customers, fostering high-trust professional relationships with government officials.
The ideal candidate will have a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from a top-tier accredited law school and a minimum of 5 years of experience as a lawyer with a focus on supply chain, trade, or commercial law. Strong understanding of the legal aspects of supply chain management, meticulous attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. The ability to work within tight deadlines and a team environment, provide clear risk analyses and recommendations to executive leadership, and be a strong problem solver with skills that extend beyond risk identification are also required.
Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $196,000 to $294,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, Anduril offers highly competitive equity grants as part of the total compensation package.
