Associate Principal (Intellectual Property practice)

In this role, Associate Principals are responsible for effectively planning and managing assigned projects, supervising team members, and serving as the primary point of contact for clients. They create and develop client deliverables, such as expert reports summarizing opinions, and independently conceptualize and design complex financial models to analyze economic and financial data. Additionally, they provide strategic insights to the leadership team regarding project scope, budget, and staffing, ensuring the integrity and accuracy of analyses and opinions.
Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related analytic discipline, with an advanced degree being desirable. A CFA or CPA professional certification is beneficial but not required. The ideal candidate will have 7-10 years of experience in finance, accounting, or economics, with prior consulting or financial services experience preferred. Proven project management skills, strong business writing abilities, exceptional communication skills, and a high level of initiative and responsibility are essential.
