Associate Project Manager
The Associate Project Manager position at Eurofins serves as a transitional role towards becoming a Project Manager in Bio/Pharmaceutical contract testing. This role involves learning technical functions to navigate information systems, building relationships with clients and internal departments, refining organizational skills required for project management, and assisting client-facing project managers with various tasks to familiarize candidates with the daily routine of the department.
Key responsibilities include providing LAD preparation assistance to external-facing Project Managers, overseeing timely Exception report delivery, resolving issues related to incoming parcels for prompt sample registration, supporting eLIMS updates for the Project Management department, updating CRM client contacts, conducting periodic QAA reviews for inspection readiness, assisting with data package implementation for eLIMS builds, shadowing Project Managers to learn processes and duties, and managing smaller client accounts for project management development.
Preferred qualifications encompass competency in multiple company service lines, the ability to present information professionally and persuasively, proficiency with project management tools and methods, experience in project management or facilitation, leadership skills, analytical abilities, and effective project management skills. Mathematical skills required include applying operations to tasks such as frequency, sampling theory, and factor analysis, as well as analyzing complex data sets for root cause analysis and statistical modeling. Reasoning abilities involve identifying and solving problems across multiple organizational levels, recognizing competing needs, and proposing solutions based on gathered data. Proficiency in learning eLIMS-BPT, EtQ, and Microsoft Office applications is also required.
The position is full-time, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, with minimal commercial travel involving overnight stays.
