Arevon is seeking an Associate, Real Estate to support its growing project development teams in areas such as title insurance, site control, and risk mitigation. This role offers an opportunity to work within a dynamic environment focused on renewable energy projects across the United States.

The Associate will be responsible for reviewing title reports, surveys, and real estate documents to prepare risk assessments. They will develop strategies to address title issues, manage relationships with contractors and surveyors, negotiate title coverages, and maintain real estate status trackers. Additional duties include drafting legal instruments, abstracting real estate documents for internal systems, and implementing process improvements.

Candidates should have at least three years of relevant experience with a law firm or real estate developer. Strong oral and written communication skills, the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment, and attention to detail are essential. A bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience is required; a law degree or paralegal certificate is not mandatory if the candidate demonstrates relevant real estate development experience.
