Associate Territory Manager - Cherry Hill, NJ
Inspire Medical Systems Inc. is seeking an Associate Territory Manager (ATM) to collaborate with the field sales team in the Cherry Hill, NJ area. This role focuses on driving sales, providing territory and clinical support, and fostering the growth of Inspire therapy. The ATM will work closely with the Regional Manager and Territory Managers to support specific territories and business initiatives, with potential to work outside primary territory assignments as needed.
Key responsibilities include supporting sales and ongoing account management to drive productivity and growth within assigned territories or accounts. The ATM will manage revenue-generating projects and goals, work seamlessly with Territory Managers to increase their selling time, and deliver exceptional service through team-driven directives, revenue impact, clinical education needs, and execution of new business opportunities. Promoting Inspire therapy within an assigned geographic area or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets is essential. Additional duties involve assisting in developing quarterly business plans to achieve revenue targets, providing clinical and technical support during implant procedures and device activations as needed, and developing and strengthening relationships with customers, office staff, and other key stakeholders.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and work experience totaling at least four years. A minimum of two years of experience in sales (outside or inside), marketing, patient-facing clinical experience, or a sales support role in the medical device industry is required. Alternatively, at least three years of experience in a sales position in other industries is acceptable. Preferred qualifications include experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry and the ability to travel within the defined geographic area.
The salary for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 USD annually.
