Therapy Development Representative - Colorado Springs, CO

Inspire Medical Systems Inc. is seeking a Therapy Development Representative in Colorado Springs, CO, to promote their FDA-approved medical device designed to treat Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). This role involves educating healthcare providers and expanding referral channels to increase patient adoption of the therapy. The representative will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with Territory Managers to support business initiatives.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing weekly customer targeting sequences, educating primary care physicians and specialists about OSA treatment options, and implementing strategies to grow referral channels. The role also involves supporting community education programs, partnering with Territory Managers to enhance physician engagement, conducting market assessments to identify growth opportunities, and maintaining accurate records in the customer relationship management system.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device sales. Alternatively, four years of sales experience in these industries or two years of direct experience with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting are acceptable. The position requires the ability to travel within the territory, including overnight stays, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Physical demands include lifting up to 40 pounds and performing routine activities such as standing, sitting, bending, and reaching.

The compensation package includes a base salary of $105,000 per year, along with equity awards and participation in the Employee Stock Purchase Program.
