The Therapy Development Representative in Indianapolis will play a crucial role in expanding the adoption of Inspire's innovative therapy. This position involves educating healthcare providers, including primary care physicians, internal medicine specialists, and cardiologists, about the benefits and implementation of Inspire therapy. The representative will collaborate closely with Territory Managers to identify growth opportunities, support community education programs, and enhance physician engagement to drive patient referrals and therapy adoption.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device sales. Alternatively, four years of sales experience in these industries or two years of direct experience with Inspire's therapy in a clinical setting are acceptable. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools. The role requires the ability to travel within the territory, including overnight stays, and may involve physical activities such as lifting materials up to 40 pounds.
