Therapy Development Representative - Greenville, SC

Inspire Medical Systems Inc. is seeking a Therapy Development Representative in Greenville, SC, to promote their FDA-approved medical device designed to treat Obstructive Sleep Apnea (OSA). This role involves educating healthcare providers, expanding referral channels, and supporting patient conversion to therapy. The representative will report to the Regional Manager and collaborate with Territory Managers to enhance business initiatives.

Key responsibilities include planning and executing weekly customer targeting sequences, educating primary care physicians, internal medicine specialists, cardiologists, and other providers on OSA management, and implementing strategies to increase patient identification and therapy adoption. The role also involves supporting community education programs, partnering with Territory Managers to deepen physician engagement, conducting market assessments to identify growth opportunities, and maintaining customer records in the CRM system.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree and at least two years of experience in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or medical device sales. Alternatively, four years of sales experience in these industries or two years working directly with Inspire Medical Systems therapy in a clinical setting are acceptable. The position requires the ability to travel within the territory, including overnight stays, and a valid driver's license with reliable transportation. Physical demands include lifting up to 40 pounds and routine physical activities such as standing, sitting, bending, and reaching.
