Associate Territory Manager, Manchester, NH
The Associate Territory Manager (ATM) at Inspire Medical Systems, Inc. is a pivotal role within the company's sales team, focusing on the Manchester, NH area. Inspire is dedicated to transforming the treatment of obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) through its innovative, FDA-approved neurostimulation device. The ATM will collaborate closely with Territory Managers and Regional Managers to drive sales and support the growth of Inspire therapy in the designated region.
In this role, the ATM will be responsible for supporting sales efforts and managing accounts to enhance productivity and growth within the assigned territory. Key duties include assisting in the development of quarterly business plans to achieve revenue targets, providing clinical and technical support during implant procedures and device activations, and promoting Inspire therapy to meet or exceed sales objectives. Additionally, the ATM will work seamlessly with Territory Managers to allow them increased selling time and will develop and strengthen relationships with customers, office staff, and other key stakeholders.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or equivalent combined education and work experience (4+ years). A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales (outside/inside), marketing, patient-facing clinical experience, or a sales support role in the medical device industry is required. Alternatively, 3+ years of experience in a sales position in other industries is acceptable. Preferred qualifications include experience in the medical device or pharmaceutical industry and the ability to travel within the defined geographic area.
The compensation for this position ranges from $60,000 to $75,000 USD annually, commensurate with the candidate's experience and qualifications.
