ATL Marketing Manager (f/m/x)
As an ATL Marketing Manager at AUTO1 Group, you will be instrumental in developing and executing high-impact brand campaigns for our consumer-facing products, Autohero and Wirkaufendeinauto.de. Operating within our dynamic in-house marketing team, you will leverage both analytical expertise and creative vision to drive brand awareness and customer acquisition across Europe.
Your primary responsibilities will include planning, launching, and optimizing performance-driven campaigns across various channels such as TV, Out-of-Home (OOH), Radio, and digital platforms like Streaming services and YouTube. You will develop innovative measurement and attribution methods to maximize the effectiveness of both offline and online marketing efforts. Additionally, you will analyze campaign performance by connecting key performance indicators (KPIs) with core business data, uncovering growth opportunities using industry-leading analytics tools.
To excel in this role, you should have over two years of experience managing and scaling online and/or offline marketing campaigns, with a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment. Advanced analytical skills and a data-driven approach are essential, with proficiency in Excel; experience with SQL or BigQuery is advantageous but not mandatory. Strong attention to detail, a structured mindset for managing multiple projects, and excellent communication skills in English are also required. Experience in managing agency and media supplier relationships, as well as programmatic media buying, is beneficial. Fluency in an additional European language—especially German, Spanish, Swedish, or Portuguese—is a strong plus.
