Attorney - Early Career

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients in court proceedings. Additionally, the role involves client interaction, case strategy development, and participation in settlement negotiations.

Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong analytical and research skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a commitment to client advocacy are essential. Prior experience in personal injury law is preferred but not required; however, a demonstrated interest in this practice area is advantageous.
