Attorney - Early Career

As a nationally recognized firm specializing in personal injury law, we have recovered over $2 billion for more than 250,000 clients. This role offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced trial attorneys dedicated to delivering justice for our clients.

In this position, the attorney will manage a caseload of personal injury cases from inception to resolution. Responsibilities include conducting client interviews, drafting legal documents, negotiating settlements, and representing clients in court proceedings. The role requires close collaboration with paralegals and support staff to ensure comprehensive case preparation and client satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a commitment to client advocacy are essential. Prior experience in personal injury law is preferred but not mandatory; however, a willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
