The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a diverse caseload, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and representing clients in court proceedings. Day-to-day tasks will involve client consultations, negotiating settlements, and collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies. This position requires a proactive approach to case management and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.
Applicants must possess a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Prior experience in personal injury law is preferred but not mandatory; however, a demonstrated interest in this practice area is highly desirable.
