Trial Attorney

Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is seeking a dedicated Trial Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. The Trial Attorney will manage a diverse caseload, representing clients in various personal injury cases. Responsibilities include conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, engaging in discovery, and representing clients in court proceedings. The attorney will also be expected to negotiate settlements and provide clients with informed legal counsel throughout the litigation process.

Candidates must possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. A minimum of three years of litigation experience, preferably in personal injury law, is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and a proven track record of successful case outcomes are essential.
