Attorney: Property Casualty/1st Party Property | Fully Remote

Alexander Shunnarah Trial Attorneys is seeking a dedicated Attorney specializing in Property Casualty and 1st Party Property claims to join our dynamic legal team. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work with a nationally recognized firm known for its commitment to client advocacy and excellence in trial litigation.

In this role, the attorney will manage a caseload of property casualty and 1st party property claims, including conducting legal research, drafting pleadings, and representing clients in negotiations and court proceedings. Collaboration with other attorneys and legal staff is essential to develop case strategies and ensure the best outcomes for our clients.

The ideal candidate will possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. A minimum of 3 years of experience in property casualty or insurance litigation is required. Strong analytical skills, excellent written and verbal communication abilities, and proficiency in legal research are essential.
