Eurofins Analyses Alimentaires France is seeking an Auditeur Qualité - Hygiène Alimentaire (H/F) to join our team in Boulogne-Billancourt. As a key player in the food safety sector, Eurofins provides innovative solutions to ensure safe and authentic food products. This role involves conducting audits and sampling to uphold food hygiene standards, contributing directly to consumer health protection.

In this position, you will perform daily audits and collect samples from various food industry professionals within a 1.5-hour radius of your residence. Responsibilities include surface, water, and food sampling, as well as hygiene and structural audits to assist clients in maintaining food safety. After fieldwork, you'll deliver samples to the nearest collection point for laboratory analysis and prepare for the following day's tasks.

Candidates should possess a scientific or agro-food education background, demonstrating dynamism, organization, and motivation. Strong interpersonal skills are essential for building trust with clients. Experience in the food service or retail sectors is advantageous. The company offers comprehensive training, including a four-day orientation and a three-week mentorship with an experienced auditor.

The position offers a base salary of €1,700 gross per month, supplemented by various travel-related allowances. Benefits include a company vehicle, IT equipment, and technical supplies.
