Auditors Resources Manager
The Auditors Resources Manager (ARM) at Eurofins Scientific plays a pivotal role in overseeing the qualification and maintenance of auditors within the Food Assurance division. This position involves initial approval of auditor profiles, updating relevant tools and records, and ensuring compliance with qualification maintenance criteria. The ARM collaborates closely with Global Scheme Managers and accredited Certification Bodies to uphold the highest standards in auditor qualifications.
Key responsibilities include updating qualification criteria in partnership with Global Scheme Managers, collecting and reviewing auditor applications, and determining appropriate standards and categories for qualification. The ARM finalizes the sign-off process with accredited offices, uploads auditor profiles to relevant portals, and monitors ongoing compliance with qualification maintenance requirements. Additionally, the role involves collecting audit logs, proposing training materials for qualification extensions, and maintaining accurate records in tools such as the Food Assurance auditor’s matrix.
Candidates should possess a minimum of a Bachelor of Science degree and have knowledge of food processes through educational background or professional experience. Experience in auditing is considered an asset. Essential skills include fluency in English, ethical integrity, attention to detail, strong writing abilities, and excellent interpersonal communication. Proficiency in computer applications such as PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, as well as familiarity with standards websites and portals, is also required.
