Operating in over 30 European countries, we aim to revolutionize the used car market through our brands Autohero, compramostucoche.es, and This role is based in our Bucharest office, conveniently located near the Aurel Vlaicu metro station.

As an Auto Telesales Consultant, you will re-engage potential customers who have declined our offers, understanding their concerns and converting hesitations into positive outcomes. Your responsibilities include guiding customers through the sales process, scheduling final evaluations at our 60 branches in Spain, and driving sales by transforming interest into action. Maintaining trust and delivering exceptional customer service are key aspects of this role.

The ideal candidate possesses fluent written and spoken Spanish skills, with an intermediate level of English. Experience in telesales, customer service with product placement, collections, or outbound calls is essential. A passion for delivering outstanding customer service, thriving in target-driven environments, and adaptability in repetitive tasks are crucial qualities for success in this position.

We offer a permanent full-time contract with a hybrid work model—one week in the office and one week from home. Our office is just a minute away from the Aurel Vlaicu metro station.
