As an Autolakýrník / Lakýrník at AUTO1 Group, you will join our dynamic team in Bavaria, Germany, contributing to the preparation and painting of vehicles to ensure top-quality finishes. Your primary responsibilities will include preparing vehicle parts and surfaces for painting, mixing colors and shades to achieve the desired finish, and performing the actual painting and masking of vehicles. Attention to detail and adherence to quality standards are essential in this role.

We are seeking candidates with education in automotive painting or mechanics, along with initial practical experience in a workshop setting. Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with tablet usage are required. Reliability, independence, flexibility, and a meticulous approach to work are crucial. A team-oriented mindset, eagerness to learn, and decisiveness are also valued.

We offer a €750 recruitment bonus for applications submitted by the end of the month, a monthly €50 prepaid card, stable full-time employment with a German contract, paid overtime, free accommodation, 28 days of vacation (increasing to 30 days after one year), and support with necessary administrative tasks such as health insurance.
