Auxiliar de Login

The Auxiliar de Login at Eurofins is responsible for receiving and evaluating samples to ensure they are suitable for analytical processing. This role involves registering sample data into the system and directing them to the appropriate laboratories, contributing to the efficiency and organization of the sector.

Key responsibilities include opening received sample boxes, assessing sample viability according to internal triage procedures, weighing samples, measuring temperatures for those requiring special storage, calibrating balances, and monitoring freezer and refrigerator temperatures. The role also involves delivering registered samples to laboratories, managing intercompany or subcontracted analyses, resolving issues with the commercial area or clients, and maintaining cleanliness and organization within the sector.

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, organization, discipline, proactivity, and dynamism. A high school diploma is required, with a preference for candidates pursuing technical education in Administration, Logistics, or laboratory-related fields. No prior experience is necessary, but basic proficiency in Office applications, good typing skills, and knowledge in Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmacy are desirable.
