AX Module Lead

The AX Development Lead at Eurofins is a senior technical leadership role within the ERP team, responsible for leading a team of AX/D365 developers and overseeing the design and delivery of solutions across the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations platform. This position is based in Bangalore, India, and reports to the ERP Project Manager. Eurofins is an international life sciences company providing a unique range of analytical testing services across multiple industries.

Key responsibilities include leading, mentoring, and coaching a team of AX/D365 developers to foster technical excellence and a high-performance culture. The role involves owning the technical design and architectural decisions for D365 Finance & Operations customizations, integrations, and extensions. Additionally, the AX Development Lead is responsible for driving hands-on development and customization of D365 F&O using X++, overseeing complex system integrations, and leading AX 2012 to D365 F&O upgrade initiatives.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or an equivalent field. A minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance & Operations development and customization is required, with at least 3 years in a technical lead or team lead capacity. Proven end-to-end delivery ownership on AX 2012 to D365 F&O upgrade projects is also essential.
