AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading digital automotive platform, is seeking a B2B Sales Team Leader to join our dynamic sales team in Madrid, Spain. This role offers the opportunity to lead a high-performing team within a rapidly growing company that is revolutionizing the used car market.

As a B2B Sales Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading and managing a commercial team and a portfolio of clients. Your duties will include contributing to the growth strategy of by improving procedures and striving for customer excellence. You will ensure the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs) and optimize results by focusing on the performance of the sales teams and maintaining a strong orientation towards results. Additionally, you will handle incident resolution and follow-up with both new and existing clients.

The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, Commerce and Marketing, International Trade, or a related field. You should have extensive experience as a salesperson, with valuable experience in lead-based sales. A minimum of 2-3 years of prior experience managing and leading sales teams is required. Proficiency in Office applications, especially Excel, is essential, and knowledge of other similar programs is advantageous. An advanced level of English is also necessary.

We offer a permanent contract with a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 10:00 am to 7:00 pm. The position is based in Madrid, Spain. Additional benefits include flexible compensation and company perks, as well as a day off on your birthday.
