Eurofins is seeking a Weighing Executive to join our Chemistry Laboratory team in Bac Ninh. This role is integral to maintaining our high standards in sample analysis and laboratory operations.
The Weighing Executive will be responsible for receiving samples from the processing department and storing them at the appropriate temperatures prior to weighing. Key duties include performing sample weighing according to standard operating procedures for each parameter, monitoring and addressing any issues with incomplete sample weighing, and ensuring proper storage and disposal of samples in compliance with company regulations. Additionally, the role involves implementing 5S practices and adhering to all company and departmental guidelines.
Candidates should possess a college or university degree in Chemistry, Food Science, or a related field. While prior experience is not mandatory, the ability to read and comprehend technical documents in English is essential. The role requires good health, the capacity to work under high-pressure conditions, and availability for shift work, including night shifts from 1 pm to 9 pm and weekends.
Eurofins offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including a 13th-month bonus, KPI-based incentives, and an enhanced health insurance plan for employees and their families. Employees are entitled to 15 to 17 days of annual leave and receive a lunch allowance. The probationary period is 60 days, during which full salary and social insurance contributions are provided.
