The Back Office Specialist will be responsible for verifying and controlling documentation related to vehicle registrations, ownership transfers, and other automotive procedures. The role involves precise data entry, meticulous analysis to ensure accuracy and timeliness, and the management of reports and databases associated with document controls.
Candidates should have prior experience in automotive administrative tasks, preferably within consulting firms or dealerships. Proficiency with IT tools is essential, and familiarity with management software such as Leonardo, Pratica, or Sisco Digital Sta is advantageous. Strong organizational skills, flexibility, resilience under stress, and a collaborative team spirit are also required.
The position offers a permanent contract with a gross annual salary ranging from €24,000 to €27,000.
