Bartender
Soho House & Co. is seeking a dedicated Bartender to join our dynamic team. As a Bartender, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional beverage service, ensuring a memorable experience for our members and guests. In this role, your primary responsibilities will include preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, crafting innovative cocktails, and maintaining a well-organized and clean bar area. You will collaborate closely with fellow team members to ensure efficient service and uphold the high standards of Soho House. Additionally, you will engage with guests to provide personalized service, fostering a welcoming atmosphere.
Ideal candidates will have at least one year of experience in a busy bar environment, demonstrating proficiency in cocktail preparation and a strong understanding of beverage offerings. Excellent communication skills, a team-oriented attitude, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting are essential. A genuine passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering outstanding service are highly valued.
Compensation for this position includes a competitive hourly wage, complemented by surplus service charge. Additional benefits encompass weekly pay, team meals prepared by our chefs during shifts, and a Soho Friends Membership.
