BC&PA Manager - CDD (6 months)
The Communications Manager will be an integral part of Clifford Chance's Global Brand, Communications & Marketing team. This role focuses on supporting the execution of the communications strategy in France. The successful candidate will work closely with senior team members to enhance the firm's brand presence and thought leadership in the local office. The role will also be part of the global community of Communications specialists working collaboratively to enhance the firm's reputation and visibility worldwide.
Key responsibilities include contributing to developing and implementing an external communications strategy that aligns with the firm's priority growth strategy areas and is tailored to the local market, in collaboration with senior team members. The role also involves managing the press agency and ensuring performance follow-up to support Clifford Chance’s visibility and reputation. Additionally, the Communications Manager will draft and distribute press releases, media briefings, and other communication materials, as well as support partners and practice groups in identifying and promoting significant initiatives and achievements.
The ideal candidate will have experience in external communications, preferably within the legal or professional services sector, and the ability to manage media relations and support successful communications campaigns. Knowledge of the French market, with media contacts being an advantage, is also desirable. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and French are essential, along with proficiency in digital communications tools and platforms, including AI.
