BD Manager - Marketing

AS&H Clifford Chance is seeking a Senior Business Development Executive/Manager to support its continued growth and market positioning in Saudi Arabia. This role is integral to the Client & Market Development function, reporting directly to the Head of Business Development. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the firm's profile through strategic marketing, events, and communications, while also supporting core business development activities such as pitches and proposals.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing the annual marketing and events plan for the Riyadh office, aligned with firm-wide priorities. The role involves leading client-facing events, managing all aspects from planning to post-event follow-up, and ensuring these initiatives are strategically focused and deliver clear returns on investment. Additionally, the candidate will oversee marketing content for regional digital channels, support the creation of thought leadership materials, and coordinate client communications.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business development, marketing, or communications within a professional services environment. They should possess excellent project management skills, the ability to work collaboratively with partners and lawyers, and a keen understanding of the Saudi Arabian market. Proficiency in both English and Arabic is essential, along with experience in event management and content creation.
