Benefits and Wellness Analyst (Hybrid)
Axiom Law is seeking a Benefits and Wellness Analyst to join their team in a hybrid role. This position is integral to Axiom's mission of delivering innovative legal solutions by supporting the development and management of employee benefits and wellness programs. The Analyst will collaborate closely with HR and legal teams to ensure that Axiom's benefits offerings align with company objectives and comply with relevant regulations.
In this role, the Benefits and Wellness Analyst will be responsible for designing, implementing, and administering comprehensive health and welfare benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability, and wellness programs. They will also ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, such as ERISA, the Affordable Care Act, and HIPAA. Additionally, the Analyst will manage vendor relationships, conduct benefits-related due diligence in M&A transactions, and monitor regulatory developments affecting group health plans.
Ideal candidates should have a minimum of three years of relevant experience in employee benefits or ERISA law, with a strong focus on health and welfare plans. A deep understanding of federal and state regulations impacting group health plans is essential. The role requires excellent analytical, drafting, and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Compensation for this role is competitive, with the estimated total compensation for full-time Axiom attorney roles ranging from $104,500 to $325,000 per year. Non-attorney roles have an estimated total compensation between $71,250 and $309,750 per year.
