Mid-Market/SMB Account Executive (Hybrid)
Axiom is seeking a Mid-Market/SMB Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team in Chicago, IL. This hybrid role requires in-office presence three days per week, from Tuesday to Thursday. Axiom is a leading provider of on-demand legal talent, connecting mid-market and Fortune 500 companies with experienced, specialized legal professionals.
In this role, you will be responsible for originating new business opportunities and closing deals with Fortune 500 clients. You will build and nurture long-term client relationships, delivering innovative solutions to their legal needs. Consulting directly with C-level executives, you will strategize and plan for their future legal requirements. Collaboration with the broader commercial team is essential to support strategic sales efforts, and you will provide thought leadership and mentorship to junior sales team members.
The ideal candidate has a background in B2B client service with extensive experience in consultative sales, consistently exceeding business goals. A proven track record in business development and generating new clients is essential. You should be comfortable managing complex sales processes and multiple clients, highly organized with meticulous attention to detail, and possess expert judgment and decision-making skills. Strong communication skills are required for presenting to executive-level stakeholders, along with proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Axiom offers a competitive annual base salary ranging from $74,000 to $130,000, depending on experience. Additionally, you will be eligible to participate in our Quarterly Bonus Plan, which on target would be 65% of your base salary.
