Enterprise Account Executive (Remote)
Axiom is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This remote role focuses on developing and managing relationships with Fortune 500 clients across various industries, including Technology, Financial Services, Consumer Services, Life Sciences, and Industrials/Energy Tech. As part of a company that connects legal teams with specialized legal talent, you will play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our client base.
In this position, you will be responsible for originating new business opportunities and closing deals, building durable relationships with clients, and proposing innovative solutions to their legal staffing needs. Your day-to-day activities will involve consulting with C-level executives, collaborating with the broader commercial team to support strategic opportunities, and offering thought leadership both to clients and internally by mentoring junior team members.
The ideal candidate will have a background in B2B client service with extensive experience in consultative sales roles, consistently exceeding business goals. A proven track record in business development initiatives and generating new client logos is essential. You should be comfortable working as a senior individual contributor, managing multiple complex deals across various clients and stages. Strong organizational skills, meticulous attention to detail, and proficiency in Salesforce or comparable CRM systems are required. Additionally, you must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
Axiom offers a competitive compensation package, including an annual base salary ranging from $80,000 to $130,000, depending on experience. You will also be eligible to participate in our Quarterly Bonus Plan, targeting 65% of your base salary.
