Brand & Media Operations Manager (Mandarin Speaking)

Hyphen Connect is seeking a Brand & Media Operations Manager to enhance the company's brand presence and media operations within the financial services sector. This role focuses on developing and executing brand positioning and messaging strategies across various digital channels to maintain a consistent and professional image for trading products. The successful candidate will collaborate with global financial media and industry-specific platforms to secure high-tier exposure and strengthen brand authority.

Key responsibilities include building and managing a comprehensive content ecosystem across platforms such as Telegram, YouTube, and TikTok, with an emphasis on market insights and educational content. The role also involves driving user acquisition by designing conversion paths from social communities to account opening and deposit through engaging online activities. Additionally, the manager will coordinate with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and partners to ensure compliant messaging while tracking data metrics to optimize channel efficiency and content performance.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Media, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in branding, media relations, or content operations. A deep understanding of the global social media ecosystem and community-driven conversion strategies is essential. Proficiency in trading products, including FX/Gold trading, copy trading, and IB business models, is highly desirable. The candidate should demonstrate a proven ability to plan and execute comprehensive content strategies while analyzing data to drive continuous improvement.
