Brand & Media Operations Manager (Mandarin Speaking)
The Brand & Media Operations Manager at Hyphen Connect is responsible for developing and implementing brand positioning and messaging across all digital channels to ensure a consistent and professional image for the company's trading products. Additionally, the manager will build and operate a comprehensive content ecosystem across platforms like Telegram, YouTube, and TikTok, focusing on market insights and educational content.
Key responsibilities include driving user acquisition by designing conversion paths from social communities to account opening and deposit through engaging online activities. The manager will coordinate with key opinion leaders (KOLs) and partners to ensure compliant messaging while tracking data metrics to optimize channel efficiency and content performance. This position requires a proactive approach to content strategy and a keen understanding of audience engagement.
Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Media, Finance, or a related field, along with a minimum of three years of experience in branding, media relations, or content operations. A deep familiarity with the global social media ecosystem and community-driven conversion strategies is essential. Additionally, a strong understanding of trading products, including FX/Gold trading, copy trading, and IB business models, is required. The ability to plan and execute comprehensive content strategies while analyzing data to drive continuous improvement is also crucial.
