As a Bürokraft / Servicemitarbeiter with automotive knowledge, you will join the Branch Network Team at WKDA Purchasing Department, a subsidiary of AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading digital automotive platform. With over 400 branches in 10 European countries, WKDA offers private vehicle owners a seamless service for selling their used cars.
In this role, you will ensure a smooth service process and excellent service quality for our customers by supporting and advising them from contract creation to the review of all contract details. Your responsibilities will include performing optical vehicle assessments, deregistering vehicles, and preparing them for our B2B and B2C business, making your day varied and engaging. Additionally, you will assess vehicle conditions and create electronic condition reports using our proprietary app, facilitating the purchase of nearly every vehicle.
We welcome career changers with commercial experience. Your service orientation will create a positive buying experience and elevate customer satisfaction. Automotive knowledge, such as professional experience as a car mechatronics technician, car painter, or automotive salesperson, or initial experience in vehicle evaluation, is a plus. Flexibility in working hours, openness, and strong communication skills are essential. A 'can-do' attitude and enthusiasm for the automotive environment are highly valued.
