As a Bürokraft / Servicemitarbeiter mit KFZ-Kenntnissen (d/m/w) at AUTO1 Group, you will join the Branch Network Team, focusing on vehicle purchases, evaluations, and branch operations within the WKDA Purchasing Department. This role is integral to delivering an exceptional sales experience in our branches. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring a smooth service process and excellent service quality for our customers by assisting and advising them from contract creation to the review of all contract details. You will engage in both administrative tasks and hands-on work with vehicles, conducting visual assessments, deregistering vehicles, and preparing them for our B2B and B2C businesses, making your day diverse and engaging. Additionally, you will assess vehicle conditions and create electronic condition reports using our proprietary app, facilitating the purchase of nearly every vehicle.

Knowledge of vehicles, such as experience as a car mechatronics technician, car painter, and/or automotive salesperson, or initial knowledge in vehicle evaluation, is a plus.
