As a Bürokraft / Servicemitarbeiter with automotive knowledge at Auto1, you will join the Branch Network Team, playing a pivotal role in our WKDA Purchasing Department. This position involves conducting vehicle purchases, assessments, and managing branch operations, contributing to an exceptional customer experience in our over 400 branches across 10 European countries.

Your primary responsibilities include ensuring a seamless service process and excellent service quality for our customers. You will support and advise clients from contract creation to the review of all contractual details. The role encompasses both administrative tasks and hands-on work with vehicles, such as performing visual inspections, deregistering vehicles, and preparing them for our B2B and B2C operations. Additionally, you will assess vehicle conditions and generate electronic condition reports using our proprietary app.

Automotive knowledge, gained through professional experience as a car mechanic, car painter, or automotive salesperson, or initial experience in vehicle evaluation, is advantageous.
