As a Bürokraft / Servicemitarbeiter with automotive knowledge at AUTO1 Group, you will join the Branch Network Team, playing a pivotal role in vehicle purchases, assessments, and overall branch operations. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring a smooth service process and delivering exceptional service quality to our customers. This involves assisting and advising clients from contract creation to the review of all contractual details. You will engage in both administrative tasks and hands-on work with vehicles, conducting visual assessments, deregistering vehicles, and preparing them for our B2B and B2C operations. Additionally, you will evaluate vehicle conditions and generate electronic condition reports using our proprietary app.
