As a Bürokraft / Servicemitarbeiter with automotive knowledge at AUTO1 Group, you will join the Branch Network Team, playing a pivotal role in vehicle purchases, assessments, and branch operations within our WKDA Purchasing Department. This position is integral to delivering an exceptional sales experience in our branches. Your primary responsibilities include ensuring a smooth service process and excellent service quality for our customers by assisting and advising them from contract creation to the review of all contract details. You will engage in both administrative tasks and hands-on work with vehicles, conducting visual assessments, handling vehicle deregistrations, and preparing vehicles for our B2B and B2C businesses, making your day diverse and engaging. Additionally, you will inspect vehicle conditions and create electronic condition reports using our proprietary app, facilitating the purchase of nearly every vehicle.

Automotive knowledge, such as experience as a car mechatronics technician, car painter, and/or automotive salesperson, or initial knowledge in vehicle assessment, is a plus.
