As a Bürokraft / Servicemitarbeiter with automotive knowledge, you will join the Branch Network Team at WKDA, a subsidiary of AUTO1 Group, Europe's leading digital automotive platform. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting vehicle purchases, assessments, and managing branch operations, contributing to an exceptional customer experience in our over 400 branches across 10 European countries.

Your primary responsibilities include ensuring a seamless service process and excellent service quality for our customers. You will support and advise clients from contract creation to the review of all contractual details. Additionally, you will perform visual vehicle assessments, handle vehicle deregistrations, and prepare vehicles for our B2B and B2C businesses, making your day varied and engaging.

We welcome career changers with commercial experience. Your service orientation will create a positive purchasing experience and elevate customer satisfaction. Automotive knowledge, such as experience as a car mechanic, car painter, or automotive salesperson, or initial knowledge in vehicle evaluation, is a plus.
