Clifford Chance, a leading global law firm, is seeking a Business Analysis Manager to join their Transformation Management Office (TMO) in Gurugram, India. This role is integral to the firm's ambitious strategy of large-scale transformation across all organizational areas. The TMO oversees the firm's strategic transformation portfolio, managing programs and projects to ensure they advance the firm's strategy and deliver intended outcomes.
As a Business Analysis Manager, you will provide skilled business analysis services across complex and high-impact change initiatives. Your responsibilities will include stakeholder engagement, strategic discovery, requirements definition, and solution evaluation. You will work closely with colleagues across Business Analysis, Change, PMO, and program delivery, as well as senior leaders and experts across the firm.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in business analysis within a transformation context, with a strong understanding of non-IT advisory or consulting roles. Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and deliver successful outcomes in high-impact initiatives is essential. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are required.
