Business Consultant, Risk and Compliance

Harbor is seeking an experienced Business Consultant to join our growing team. In this role, you will lead significant portions of complex client engagements, serving as a trusted advisor to business and project stakeholders, primarily focusing on the business acceptance and management of regulatory risk within law firms. You will shape solutions, guide delivery, manage risks, and help ensure that client outcomes are practical, scalable, and measurable. This is a remote position that can work from anywhere in the United States, with preference given to those candidates who can work hybrid from our Chicago office headquarters.
