Business Data Analyst - Lab process reengineering.

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Business Data Analyst Intern to support the deployment of the Eurofins Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) in the South West Region. This role focuses on reengineering lab processes at our Food laboratory in Murcia, Spain, aiming to enhance operational efficiency through system implementation.

Key responsibilities include identifying process changes related to the new system, reviewing laboratory testing offerings to align with the updated organization, preparing data migration from current systems, and facilitating change management within the business. The intern will collaborate with colleagues across Europe and may travel to various locations to ensure successful implementation.

The ideal candidate is currently studying at a top high school, possesses strong communication and interpersonal skills in an international environment, and is comfortable with remote communication technologies. They should be rigorous, self-organized, and capable of working closely with others, including local Business Analysts and Lean Managers.

Proficiency in process re-engineering is essential, with knowledge of LEAN methodologies considered a plus. Familiarity with standard IT tools, fundamentals of business analysis, and project management are required. Fluency in English is mandatory, while Spanish language skills are advantageous.
