Business Developer - Mirakl Ads
As a Business Developer for Mirakl Ads, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our retail media business. You will be responsible for both acquiring and engaging advertisers, supporting them in leveraging Mirakl Ads solutions to achieve their growth objectives. Through a mix of business development, strategic advisory, and data-driven insights, you will help advertisers maximize their return on investment while driving the success of Mirakl-powered marketplaces.
In this role, you will define and implement growth strategies with Mirakl marketplace operators, including setting targets, crafting value propositions, and developing action plans to maximize advertiser adoption and ad spend. You will develop and execute business development initiatives using both one-on-one and one-to-many acquisition strategies. Additionally, you will identify key advertising opportunities and build tailored offers that align with advertisers' business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or Marketing, or equivalent, is required. An interest in retail media and an understanding of its core principles, including common activation levers and measurement fundamentals, are essential. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations, are necessary. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are also required. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment is crucial. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French or another language is a plus.
