The Business Development Executive (ENT) at Wellhub is a pivotal role within our Client Sales Development team, focusing on expanding our presence in the French market. As one of the initial team members in France, you will play a crucial part in establishing our brand and driving growth in this new territory. Wellhub is a global leader in workplace wellness, connecting employees to a comprehensive range of fitness and wellbeing partners through a single subscription.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and mapping a robust pipeline of top-tier French prospects, engaging key HR stakeholders and decision-makers from the ground up. Your day-to-day activities will include leading outbound initiatives such as cold calling, emailing, and social selling to generate and qualify new opportunities in this emerging market. Additionally, you will drive the strategic positioning of Wellhub in France by effectively communicating our value proposition to companies encountering us for the first time. Your insights and feedback will be instrumental in shaping our local sales strategies and go-to-market approach.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in business development, sales, or client-facing roles, with a preference for those who have operated in startup or new market environments. Fluency in French at a native level and proficiency in English are essential. We seek proactive individuals who are comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving settings, possess a strong motivation to meet targets, and have a passion for networking and building meaningful professional relationships. Familiarity with CRM tools such as Salesforce is considered a plus.
