The Business Development Executive I at Wellhub will be an integral part of the Sales team, focusing on expanding the company's client base and promoting its corporate wellness platform. In this role, the Business Development Executive I will engage with prospects and identify potential clients through various channels, including phone, email, LinkedIn, and other creative methods. The individual will collaborate closely with the sales team to educate them on opportunity details, manage expectations, and overcome objections. Achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals is a key aspect of the position. Additionally, the role involves demonstrating the value of Wellhub by educating companies on the importance of the company's mission and continually seeking opportunities to network with clients at industry events.

The ideal candidate is a true team player who enjoys collaborating to achieve both group and individual goals. They should be tenacious and goal-oriented, with proven experience in business development, sales, corporate relationship management, or account management. A self-starter who can multitask and adapt to a fast-growing organization is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills are required, along with the ability to absorb data to create analytically based strategies. Proficiency in English is necessary, and previous experience using Salesforce CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus. A high affinity for sports, fitness, nutrition, and mental well-being is also advantageous.
