This dual-focused role supports the firm's industry strategy for clients in the Technology and AI sectors while advancing the firm-wide AI and innovation agenda across all sectors. Key responsibilities include driving the profile and market presence of the Technology & AI groups through conferences, events, campaigns, and thought leadership initiatives. The role involves developing dynamic, commercially focused business development plans with clear, measurable actions. Additionally, the manager will lead and coordinate high-profile, cross-practice credentials activities, including the development of compelling RFPs, pitches, and complex panel responses.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in business development or client relationship management, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment. Exceptional attention to detail, effective time and project management skills, and a proactive, hands-on approach are essential. A self-starter with an enthusiastic and collaborative mindset is crucial, along with the ability to handle confidential and sensitive information appropriately.
The estimated base salary for this position ranges from $160,000 to $180,000, determined based on various job-related factors, including skills, education, experience, and performance. Cleary Gottlieb offers a comprehensive benefits package, including health care benefits.
