Business Development Manager

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Business Development Manager to lead marketing and sales initiatives within the assigned market. This role involves managing customer relationships, expanding the client base, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to providing high-quality analytical testing services across various industries.

Key responsibilities include developing and executing marketing and sales strategies, maintaining a computerized customer and prospect database, and planning resources to maximize utilization and meet sales targets. The role also involves supervising and motivating the sales team, providing timely feedback to senior management, and conducting market research to understand competitor activities and industry trends.

The ideal candidate will possess a degree in Chemistry or a related discipline, with a minimum of five years of experience in relevant industries. Strong business and selling skills for laboratory testing and analysis consultancy are essential, along with a good understanding of company operations, products, services, and laboratory capabilities. Familiarity with local government laws and regulations, as well as MS ISO/IEC 17025 clauses 4.4, 4.7, and 4.8, is required. The candidate should be self-driven, results-oriented, and possess excellent communication and supervisory skills.
