Business Development Manager
Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive revenue growth within its Environment Testing division in Ireland. This role focuses on expanding market share in areas such as wastewater, drinking water, soil, air, and asbestos analysis. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams to manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation to contract award and project handover.
Key responsibilities include identifying market trends and executing strategies to capitalize on them, building a robust project pipeline to meet growth targets, and leading tender processes with cross-functional input. The role also involves managing key accounts, monitoring customer satisfaction, and driving service delivery enhancements. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will prepare sales and market activity reports, ensure CRM compliance, and lead contract negotiations.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in customer-facing sales and key account management, preferably within an accredited contract testing laboratory or related industry. They should be self-motivated, professional, and possess excellent communication skills. The ability to work under pressure, attention to detail, and strong organizational skills are essential.
