The Business Development Manager will be responsible for maximizing current market opportunities by supporting and expanding existing accounts through the addition of new services. The role also involves overseeing sales and business development strategies, developing strategic market plans, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives.

Candidates should possess a strong background in sales growth, with experience in designing and implementing effective growth strategies. A technical and business background is essential, ideally with a BS degree or higher in the sciences; prior laboratory experience is desirable. The role requires excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, proficiency in sales management tools such as CRM, and the ability to manage commercial contracts. Strong written and verbal communication skills are imperative, along with a willingness to travel and engage in trade organizations.
